What you'll need:
- Metal tray
- Spray paint primer
- Spray paint color of your choice
- Ribbon
- Hot glue
It doesn't get much easier then this:
- Prime the tray (let dry about 10 minutes)
- Paint the tray (let dry in between coats - I used 3 layers)
- Hot glue the ribbon hanger to the back of the painted tray
- Add your magnets to your board
- Hang your board
